I am new to cricut design space and need a little help. If I use inkscape to design what I what to make how do I go about getting it to design space and cut it as a svg? I want to cancel my subscription but unsure how to use it without subscription to cut.

In reply to Bianca Kraus. Hi, could it possibly be connected to your Apple account (mine was) (if you have an iPad or iPhone. If so you can cancel it in your App Store.

In reply to Patsy. sorry for the delay. you shouldn't lose projects but you would lose access to cut. they would make you pay for the individual files.

I tried canceling a couple years ago and discovered I would lose my saved projects. I remember Cricut gives you 2 or 3 files on basic Cricut. I do not remember which files, so therefore have been reluctant to cancel. I really do not need the subscription any longer.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, Something else you didn’t mention is the unlimited folders we get with subscription. After that, we go back to 5 folders! Yikes! I need to reorganize my stuff. Of course, we still have access to all our stuff but I think I read somewhere that the top 5 folders will stay. That will bug me so I want to reorganize my folders to 5 before my subscription is up in a month!

In reply to Bianca Kraus. This is extremely frustrating and I am sorry to hear you are dealing with this. I would try to contact Google Play and see if they can help. Next, start contacting Cricut on social media and let them know they are making unauthorized charges. Personally, I know it's a pain but I would cancel the card and reset anything that uses it. Hi, thanks for sharing 🙏… The probem is, it doesn’t work for me. I cancelled in november 2024… But now in april they still took the money from my bank account. The cricut info says, that I don’t have access since december, I don’t have any subscription and that’s it. First they answered, that I have to cancel in Google Play. But there’s no subscription. I wrote to cricut, that I’m still paying, so I would like to have the access, because they didn’t cancel the paying. Now they don’t answer anymore. My bank says, I would have to cancel my credit card. It’s the only way. I hope, other ppl don’t have the same problem 😔
